We ensure a constant supply of quality compost by running a 6-week Compost Production Unit.
Turning the compost and keeping it moist are very important to keep the microbes that break down the compost active.
We have a biochar unit which allows us to turn woody material into charcoal. This can then be used as a soil amendment to increase nutrient and moisture retention.
It also locks CO2 into the soil, thereby sequestering it instead of being released into the atmosphere as a Green House Gas.
We run a training course on the production of pile compost and biochar.
